Water-based paints and coatings

All the colors are composed of the raw materials such as resins, solvents or water, pigments and additives.

Types of additives in paints included:

Additives are used in small amounts to improve or modify the properties of the final coating in the manufacturing process or storage. Some of these additives are tailored to fit the resin and some pigments are chosen. Diluents, surfactants, dispersants, anti-foam, wetting and gloss materials, film surface modifiers, lubricant and matt materials, equivalent or improved rheological properties, the   anti-shell , coagulant and drying additives, light stabilizers, anti-bacteria, and fireproofing.

Acrylic benefits include:

Since acrylic colors have a higher quality than the oil and plastic colors of buildings, they are more durable and have a longer life than the color registered. Acrylic colors run faster and more comfortable in the painting. Acrylic colors are nicer, more floriferous, clearer and more attracted than oil paints and plastic. Acrylic colors have no odors when they are applied and some companies add up different odors to these colors in order to smell good like the fragrance of lemon, orange, jasmine, and rose. Acrylic colors do not absorb soot and dust in the air due to their anti-static properties and when acrylic colors are used for painting the buildings, buildings have their initial freshness after several years. Acrylic colors are not pale and if you have selected your desired color for painting, you can see that selected color in the same form and with the least changes. Some of the acrylic colors are antibacterial and will not be able to grow after the implementation of these colors for painting on the wall of germs and bacteria. Acrylic colors are much more various than oil and plastic colors. The water is used to dilute acrylic colors because acrylic colors do not leave any odors during and after the painting. Although the water is used to dilute the acrylic colors, acrylic colors are much more resistant in front of the water. Acrylic colors are affordable due to the expensive price of non-water-based solvents used in painting. In general, it can be said that there is no better option for painting the building than using the acrylic colors.

Water-based adhesives (glue sticks, packaging, binding, and etc.)
A water-based adhesive is composed of the following components:
Resin, increasing adhesion factors, softeners, solvents, fillers and other additives.

Fillers and additives are:

Fillers and additives are calcium carbonate, starch, condensed liquids and viscosity regulators, anti-mold, and anti-foaming.

 Resins used in adhesives:

Resins used in the manufacture of water-based adhesives are primarily of Vinyl Acetate     Homo- polymer. These adhesives are used for bonding wood, paper and cardboard. Other resins like vinyl acrylic and styrene acrylic have flexibility and washing resistance when they are used in making adhesives and coatings. The kind of adhesives and resins will be determined by the user. Employing methods, synthesis conditions, environmental conditions, and wood appearance after drying glues and adhesives and resin prices are among the factors that determine the kind of adhesive and resin are used in the painting.

Covering the textile industry:

Different resins have different applications in the textile industry as opaque carpeting, sizing and strength of the fabric, fire retardant coatings, sizing coatings of nonwovens, printing pigment suppliers, and automotive and waterproof resins that form the canvas fabric.

Additives in the textile industry:

In all the above cases of waterborne resin emulsion is a mixture of a paste or just with the addition of catalyst and catalyst materials such as resin, melamine formaldehyde, ammonium nitrate or oxalic acid to get to the ultimate strength. Fillers like carbonate or starch materials are the most widely materials.

Resin consumption:

Homo-polymer resins of various soft and hard grades available to manufacture carpeting and opaque. Vinyl acrylic and styrene acrylic resins are products which are used as pigment printing binder and opaque.
